Quickest, easiest, stress free experience ever! Ana was awesome. Bought the cx50 and love it

I’m so happy with my new car! I upgraded from a 2021 Mazda CX-5 to the brand-new 2025 Mazda CX-70 Platinum Premium and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The entire experience was smooth, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Rambo was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I drove off in a car I absolutely love, at an amazing price with a low interest rate. What stood out the most was how effortless the process felt no pushy sales tactics, just great customer service and a genuine desire to help. Everything aligned perfectly, and I’m so glad I made the switch. I would absolutely go back again. If you’re thinking about upgrading, this is the place and person to go to!

Great experience from start to finish. Will definitely return for future services. Clean and well-maintained facility. My car was even clean in and out too.

Mazda, and the experience was fantastic! From start to finish Mr.Beke and , the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and when MORE

On July 7th 2025, I had my car serviced. For rear brakes and drive belts and oil change. Reason for the service, was an oil change on May 7 2025, recommended brakes and drive belt. On July 7th after the service repair and car inspection. They recommended front brakes and spark plugs. This is when I questioned them, because the front brakes on May 7th was 6mm or better. On July 7th it was 4mm. The car was only driven 1500 miles in that time frame. I have paper work to show. When questioned them the reply was. That there guessing on next oil change it will be that low. That brakes are 5mm currently. Now I'm confused. The service representative at front desk Matt, also confused. Saying the technician are giving him different numbers. Matt is great person to deal with and great personality. Been going to Mazada since 2016 with two different vehicles to be serviced. My worry is the technicians in back. Recommended services to be done that's not required and taking people's money when they don't have to. Another example from July 7th they said spark plugs need to be done. I recently had them done. There not due until 147k in miles. But technicians in back recommended a $382.84 charge that wasn't necessary. Same with front brakes at $361.91. Wich is under warranty should be $249 if needed to be done. The technicians should know this. I feel there a lot of up selling in the technicians area that the service representative don't know about. To charge people for unnecessary repairs.

Just purchased my first 2025 Mazda CX-50 from the CardinaleWay dealership! Huge thanks to the sales team—especially Beka Abdu and the other representative who helped me and walked me through every single detail. Thank you!
