They were polite and considerate they did not push me indirection I didn’t want to go. Shakira was professional and the offered me a low stress car buying experience

I like the way i was kept in the loop about what was ok with my car and what was needed. Also whether it was needed right then or not right then. I knew exactly what the charges would be . They delivered it back to my home. Freshly washed too! Surely a 5 star service!
Mercedes is my go to person. She is always available and takes care of all my service needs. She makes recommendations on preventive service which has extended & improved the performance of my vehicle.
Short answer says it all for me… I choose to drive 1hr 20mins to have my service performed at McLarty Ford in Bentonville instead of going to other Ford dealerships that are closer and less time. I like the Dealership, Service Department, Professionalism, customer treatment, cleanliness, and personal attention. That’s why I go THE EXTRA MILES!
This is my 5th vehicle from this dealership, very satisfied with the way everything from thinking about upgrading to drive off and beyond are handled. I give it a A++++
