I have had my Fiat 500x for a few years now and I absolutley love it! (I named her Pearl)😆 Unfortunately it did have a recall, but it was still under warranty. When I first arrived I did not have the best service, but after some time discussing things a mechanic named Dan stepped in to help along with another man, Austin. They clearly seen the issue and did all they could to resolve it. It took a few trips, but it was well worth it. Dan and Austin got me a very nice rental for the time that my car was in the shop for the recall. (It was red, so I called her Ruby lol) I was expecting it to be in the shop for a couple weeks because the repair was a rather big job... Dan kept me up to date all along the way, he would call when it was convenient, or text, he even sent pictures through the process! And to my surprise after just a week I got the information from Dan and Austin that my car was ready for pick up! I was very impressed with the fast and wonderful service from Fiat of Erie! I am very grateful for both Dan and Austin helping me through the entire process! It is employees like them that make a customer happy and want to come back! Thankyou Dan and Austin for getting Pearl back on the road again and making me a very happy customer! Your hard work and friendly service is greatly appreciated!!😁👍

Excellent and painless. The employees were very charismatic and eager to help. They are very communicative, and never left me in the dark during the process. Everything was explained very well to me, and they continue to answer questions even after I brought the car home.

We just purchased a new Fiat500X. We love It! Justin Sutton worked with us from beginning to end. Justin is friendly, and down to earth! I knew when I brought my son there last year I would be back! We worked with Bobby Nagy to locate our 2017 Fiat Prima Spider. We wanted the limited edition Prima and Bobby stayed on top of the production and delivery dates and kept us informed all the way to the date we received the vehicle. Bobby and Tim Britton the finance manager stayed well after closing time to make sure the deal went through without a hitch to ensure I could take possession of the car on my birthday! On another occasion, the day before I was leaving on vacation I called the service dept. to see if they could get my car in for an oil change. Chris in service was able to get me in an hour after I called. Not only that, he checked and found I had a free oil change coming from the purchase of the car. Got me in and no charge. Can't beat that for service! Thanks, guys!

Not your average auto shopping experience. I didn't feel like a sheep among a pack of wolves. Friendly professional and fair. Not only did I purchase one vehicle, I liked the way I was treated so much went back the next day to purchase a second vehicle. Service employees are great also.
