STEVEN was amazing. It was one of the least painful car dealership transactions I've ever had. I am extremely happy with the truck. I will be back in 5 years for my retirement car! I'm a happy new edition to the Ford family!

Mechanic failed to put my lugnut lock back into glove box. Got a call 20 minutes later to come back and pick it up. Didn't even get we are sorry.
