I recently leased 2 vehicles with Oz Leasing.com and I must say this has been the easiest experience I have ever had when it comes to leasing a car. I went online, found the car I was looking for and they delivered it right to my door. if this is the future of car buying I am all in! I would give 0 stars if possible. This group is a SCAM! First, the communication stopped after I paid the down payment. Then the car arrived but at a higher price than originally agreed to. They did fix this but it was a major hassle to get a response from Michael Oz and took a long time to get the refund. Biggest issue was that they told me I would exit my current lease early without penalty. They assured me multiple times. Turns out they were wrong. My original lease hit me with another $3k in fees. I kept calling the dealer and Oz and neither helped. Michael Oz pretty much told me that I’d have to pay it and tried saying it was the dealers issue, not his. He swore he would help me work through it with the dealer but he never responded to me again. Months of calls, texts and emails all completely unanswered. Completely unprofessional. Will screw you over and leave you hanging.
