I bought my car here and 2021 and will never buy a car here again due the Service department. The truly insincere, predatory staff is happy to overcharge you and give you horrible customer service to top it off. They last (and final) time had my car serviced here I asked the advisor Jose if there was any discount available for the $1450 of service perform, he said he would adjust my total to include a return customer discount and a coupon from their flyers they send. He never did, the cashier told me she wasn’t there for the conversation I had with him so there was nothing she could do. The Service Department at Pacific Honda is a stain on the entire company. Every service I’ve had perform there feels predatory and hollow.

Pacific Honda had great communication, got me in for my appointment within a week, and had it fixed in 2 days

I went to the service because there is a noise coming from the front of my car, but they didn’t take my concern seriously and told me nothing could be done. My car only has 20,000 miles and I bought it brand new, yet they refused to properly inspect or fix the issue. I have been a loyal Honda customer for years and owned multiple Honda vehicles, but this experience was very disappointing. Because of this poor service, I will seriously reconsider buying a Honda again in the future.
