I had a terrible experience the first time I went to this dealership. Thankfully I went back and met Gabriel. This was my first encounter with a car dealership individual during purchases or otherwise where I didn’t feel rushed or seen as just a sale. I know their aim is to make sales: it’s their living. Gabriel builds relationships though. I trusted him throughout the whole process. It’s years later and the first person who came to mind was him when looking for another purchase.
These guys were great! They were upfront and honest, friendly and professional from start to finish. Even when the first time didn’t fix the problem, they didn’t charge me labor for the second visit and were able to solve the issue when two other mechanics had failed to do so. Highly recommend!
