I usually dread car shopping and the whole heavy pitch, the worst part is I never get what I'm promised (sooo annoying) but when I called tier one and worked with the sales girl Yana she went above and beyond.. she gave us the best price by far, got all of our paperwork done for us (registration,plates, insurance) and delivered the car for us after hours because we were late at work and she didn't want us to wait another day.. I never leaves reviews but she totally deserves it, will be working with them when my lease is up and definitely recommending them to all my friends
