Came in for annual visit. Service performed and I was updated as to time frame till completion. Not having any issues at present.

This past weekend we had an awesome experience with the team at Audi South Orlando. We made an appointment to meet with Josh in Sales to see and test drive a Certified Pre-owned Q5 that we saw on the website. Josh was very helpful in working us through the process. He provided a great overview of the Q5s features and answered all of our questions. Once we decided to buy, he was proactive in getting all the registration and finance paperwork started. Once financing was approved, he turned us over to Ricardo in Finance, who completed the purchase and financing. He was also helpful in helping us select additional warranty coverages that met our needs. The dealership itself is very impressive and gave us a good feeling that they will provide great service on our Q5 when the time comes!

I took my SQ8 in for a oil change service and from the moment I walked in the service was excellent starting with the reception and the service writer. Of course I was concern that there maybe something additional that I had not planned for that would show up in the courtesy 12 point check. Fortunately, only a minor issue that Ryan, the service writer took the time to explain. My experience is the Audi South of Orlando service is great, the staff is friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. Which if course is the reason I keep going back and another reason to stay in the Audi family.
