Horrible place to do business with they will never make any repairs or return your calls text or emails

From the time we walked in the door to the day we picked up our new travel trailer we were treated with professionalism. Our sales person, Anthony, treated us with respect and listened to our needs. The sales manager Ray and the business manager Norm were also very professional. There was an issue with the electric tongue jack the day we took delivery at Cold Springs and the jack was replaced with a new unit in 15 minutes. It could have been frustrating having a component on a new trailer fail but the way Cold Springs handled the situation was commendable. We're looking forward to our maiden voyage with our new Flagstaff trailer.

This dealership is rude and sexist! A bunch of inadequate “men” who feel threatened by women. They think women are unable and try to belittle women from the start. I had to put them in their place. Ignorance at it’s worst! Childhood issues? I would suggest spending your hard earned money somewhere else. The whole experience from sale, to demo, to financing was an exercise in “men” feeling inferior and it painfully showed.

Bought our new fifth wheel and our experience was simply AMAZING! Jeff Wood was patient and incredibly accommodating to find the best fit for us. I would highly recommend Cold Springs for any camping needs, they are just like family!!!!!

Bought our first RV-- a fifth wheel-- here. Our sales rep, Jeff Wood, is amazing- knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. I drove him a bit crazy asking him to open up our unit on 2 different occasions which he did without any drama. The process was comfortable, honest and customer oriented.

My Wife and I purchased a Used Trailer in a confusing Sale which i was never fully represented as a buyer. Apparently the dealership accepted a co-consignment deal from a seller. I purchased the unit paying full asking price. I found the unit was never: Inspected by the seller nor was it ever inspected by the dealership . I 1 week i gave a list of problems to the dealer whom pretty much told me its my problem. I have 1 last meeting with these folks this weekend and I do not expect it to go well. Be careful walking into this place as they will try to sell you something they have never laid eyes on. I asked them why the unit was never inspected and they blamed my wife for rushing the sale. They will try to pay you lip service, but accepting policies like " withholding final payment to out of state buyers".....???????????? you will buy a better trailer on Facebook I will never do business with these folks again. EVER
