Had to take my Macan GTS for the three year service maintenance. Gloria was my representative and as always she is amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge on the process, and what comes with the three year maintenance package. Gloria has been helping me from the very beginning and three years later she is still the best. While waiting for my car to be completed, Taylor a sales representative took care of me with all the information I needed for financing the remaining of my payments because for the first time I am going to keep the car. Took my Cayenne for 5 years service and battery replacement. Battery was a bit expensive. After the service, the car feels smooth and responsive.

Service is excellent , appointment setting is excellent . The wash after service is amazing and most importantly Gloria the service advisor is excellent !!
