What Others Say

Bought a used car on 5-19-26 and paid $13,500 for it. On 5-15-26 (less than a week) the check engine light came on. Brought it back to see if they could check it out and was told VERY RUDLEY no because I bought a used car. You would think that a company like this would have better customer service because word of mouth is the best advertising you can get. It don't mean much to you but when you retired and live on a fixed income means everything

Please do not purchase a vehicle from Infiniti. The QX60 are weak. And the salesman do not care that sale you a piece a junk just as long as they make that sale. The vehicle will hardly make it up a hill and while going up a hill all you hear is the engine and transmission struggling to make it. , it vibrates something awful while waiting at a red light when having the AC on. Yes I test drove it, but the salesman talked about all the features the vehicle has the entire time, now I know so I couldn’t hear the engine and transmission. I should have known better I know. That’s why I’m warning others not to make the same costly mistake I made. Also when letting the Infiniti salesman and GM know they did not even acted like it bothered them in the least. And they are more concerns like the wind noise and road noise it’s extremely loud while driving down the freeway way. The salesman and GM should be ashamed of themselves. And Infiniti is a piece of junk.

Recently purchased a used car from Infinity of Chattanooga for my Daughter, with high expectations that this experience would be a good one. The salesman was nothing more than professional, courteous, and top notch. He made buying the vehicle a breeze and treated me like a friend. After the purchase is when the professionalism and regards for the consumer took a nose dive. Six days later the check engine light came on and getting the vehicle in for service became a complete lack of communication, scheduling, and lack of compassion. After taking the vehicle back, to get the problem resolved, and calling multiple times, leaving several voicemails, with no response, I was finally informed that my Daughters car had been sitting for 10 days without anyone even looking at it. I was told it was a $3,000 fix by one service member, the other service member wasn’t even aware the car had been there, and the manager advised it was only a $600 fix… The service member stated how labor intensive the repair would be and the high cost of the repair. Two days later, I received a very different call advising that the problem had been resolved, fixed, with zero charge. Check engine light was off and the car was ready for pickup. After picking up the car the next day and getting the vehicle back at my residence, my Daughter informed me the check engine light was still on. The manager advised me that he gave his “word” to make this right… Needless to say, the vehicle will be getting fixed elsewhere because people’s word, or lack of it, along with the miscommunication and unprofessionalism displayed with this dealership is appalling.

No doubt about it, Infiniti of Chattanooga has the best customer service in the entire area !! Jeff went out of his way to find me a vehicle that I liked and with the help of Mark put me in it. Thanks guys, great job !!!!

Infinity of Chattanooga is my favorite place to shop for a car. Just purchased my 4th "Infinity Q 50" and loving it. My sales person "Angela" was great and went all out to help in any way.. Hospitality is great. Highly recommend! Brenda B

I purchased the Infiniti QX80 a couple of months ago. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend doing business with Infiniti of Chattanooga. My salesman, Tom Staebell is top notch!! I live several hours away and purchased my vehicle over the phone after finding it on their website. He drove several hours to deliver it to me. On time delivery, a smooth process, and my Infiniti was even better than I expected it to be! If the need arises to get another one, I'll be back to do business with Tom at IOC!!
