Perry was great. Very helpful and efficient. He showed me cars that fit my criteria. I was able to choose and buy a car in one visit, which was great because I was without a car. Audi Marin had a nice selection and the sales center was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the sales center isn't open on Sunday.

Initial experience was great. However, the support and ownership when an additional issue arose from the service was lacking. Having to initiate and get my car returned at my cost and inconvenience was very disappointing when this was clearly the result of the service performed.
