Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Daniel has been my Service Advisor the last couple times I’ve had to bring my car in and he’s gone above and beyond each time. Whenever I’ve had questions or a worry he was great at putting my mind at ease as he gave a clear answer. VW Marin has provided me the best in service since I purchased my beloved ID Buzz in January. of this year. Their service department is friendly and on-time. They recently did paint protection and repaired a scuffed wheel for me. When I picked my vehicle up, it looked like it had just come off of the showroom or from a detailer. I arrived a hour early, and stopped and visited their barista after checking my loaner in, and my awesome service dude, Daniel, found me at the barista to tell me that my van was up top, fully charged, and ready to go. Best service in the Bay Area! Many thanks to the wonderful folks in the service department at Marin VW. So happy to have my beautiful van home!
