Very friendly staff—no pressure to buy—when we arrived, they had the car that we called about ready for a test drive. It was so nice to have a positive experience buying a car.

We purchased a BMW for my wife and the salesman, Pedro, was amazing. The manager Gamalier, and the finance person Kae were so helpful. This was honestly the best service and experience we ever had purchasing a car. Pedro was fantastic with followup and getting everything we needed. We will be back next summer to purchase another car for me!

It is dealerships like you who give the automotive dealership companies a bad name. I wuld not reccomend this place as they swindle you.

I can not recommend CarFive. I exchanged several emails with them, and was offered a fair amount sight unseen. They asked me to come in, and offered me less than offered, but acceptable. I was then told there was nobody around to sign a check for me. They told me they'd come to my house in the morning with it. After waiting for an hour after they opened, I began an hour of phone calls, and after another 90 minutes being told that their management team was notified, and more phone calls, finally the salesman called me and told me that they changed their mind. Victoria, Dean, Steve - I could not be more disappointed.
