Refused to even entertain a price that didn’t include their ‘silent security/theft guard’ and ‘complete care’ like these things were mandatory. Also registration and dmv fee when you’re transferring plates does not cost 424.44$ . It literally costs 4.50$ to transfer plates and another 80 or so to register. So because they were absolutely unwilling to listen to what I wanted which was to pay the taxes, doc fee and dmv outright and I didn’t want their ridiculous up charges of almost 2500$, they lost the deal. I low balled my offer intentionally so they could meet me somewhere in the middle (they took 750$ off msrp but completely stopped listening to me and shook my hand and said bye, we’ll try to find you a used one! All bc I didn’t want to pay their ridiculous up charges and I wanted to structure the financing MY way. I just contacted another dealer

Acquired a vehicle and traded in another one. The manager asserted that the trade-in couldn't be sold due to its poor condition. However, I later observed the same car listed for sale on their lot. Discussions with different people exposed conflicting information. There should be consequences for dishonest business practices. Being a liar should never be rewarded.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced buying a car. Explained nothing about transferring title & plates. Did not know about the process. Provided incorrect information about documents needed, and title company to use. Took 8 months to get my tags & plate.
