El 10 de abril de 2025 compré un Tesla Model Y 2021 en el dealer A+ Auto. El mismo día que me entregaron el vehículo, uno de sus empleados lo chocó por detrás al sacarlo del lote, pero no me informaron de inmediato. Luego dijeron que lo arreglarían, pero la reparación no fue satisfactoria ni transparente. Además, me dieron una chapa temporaria (placa) que también fue asignada a otro carro en el estado de NJ y PA. Por culpa de esto, recibí múltiples multas de peaje (tolls) a mi nombre. Fui personalmente a reclamar y las pagaron, pero fue un error grave de su parte. Lo peor es que el vehículo presenta problemas de carga. No se puede cargar correctamente, lo cual es inaceptable en un carro eléctrico. Ahora el dealer me ofrece cambiar el carro, pero con la condición de que yo pague $10,000 adicionales, lo cual considero injusto y abusivo, ya que los problemas comenzaron desde el primer día.

Please do not buy a car from this dealer, we bought a car 15k cash took it home not even 12 hours later it started stalling and noticed the car started smoking, I opened the hood and a wire was looser and spilling oil or some xxxx, they did not do xxxx to help they said car is buy as is and they gave us the option of trading it in for lesser value that we paid for, so basically they were asking us to take a loss.these people re ridiculous and scammers, stay away, when we went buy to complain the people who sold us the car were all gone even one was deported.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN DRIVE BY THIS DEALER! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND LIE TO YOU LIKE THERES NO TOMMORROW. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! DONT PURSCHASE A CAR HERE. IM GOING THROUGH SO MUCH BECAUSE THEY SOLD ME A ROTTEN CAR AND LIED TO ME MANY TIMES THEY WOULD EXCHANGE IT AND THEY LIED. THEY ALSO SOLD ME A MODEL INFERIOR TO WHAT THEY CHARGED ME. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH NO CAR. THEY WILL MAKE YOU GO THROUGH A LOT OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND BELIEVE ME, ITS NOT WORTH IT. NAMES OF PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE THAT ARE TOTAL LIERS, ALONSO, KIRBY, JULIANA, FERNANDO. ALL OF THESE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY ARE BAD PEOPLE. YES I WROTE IN CAPS TO CATCH YOUR ATTENTION.

this dealership is a FRAUDDDDDDD!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I paid my car in full and now there called me months later telling me I ow them money and my car is being repo, I am getting a lawyer and suing them as I seen they I have done this to a lot of people they did fraud on my signature and initials of contract ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM FRAUD AND SCAMMERS !!!!!!

Don’t buy from them I bought a car $28k cash for a car a year later find out my car being repo for no payment strange I didn’t know I owe any money on the car when I call them they say I owe 3700 and add an extra 2000 in so out of no where I owe around 6000 to get my car they misleading you do not buy car from them

Purchase a car here $7000 down price was changed from 16 to 20,000 in hidden contract. Still don’t have title and cannot drive car more than 30 days later still no title cannot even get plates on car ! Sold car w no title
