⭐️ 1 Star I went to A+ Auto in Miramar to purchase a vehicle for my son. From the very beginning, I made it very clear to the salesperson that I was ONLY interested in a vehicle with a clean title. The salesperson showed me a 2022 Honda Civic that my son really liked, and I asked multiple times if the vehicle had a clean title. I was repeatedly told YES. The paperwork process was extremely rushed. I asked Alonzo, who handled our financing paperwork, for the Carfax, and I was told that the room where it needed to be printed was locked and that I would receive it the next day when we brought the car back to have the sunroof repaired. When I got home, I checked the Carfax myself and discovered that the vehicle had a REBUILT title. This was extremely upsetting because I had specifically asked multiple times about the title before purchasing the vehicle. I immediately went back to the dealership and questioned Alonzo about it. Instead of taking responsibility or addressing my concerns, he acted as though he didn’t know anything and blamed the salesperson. I felt like nobody was taking my concerns seriously. I also discovered that the paperwork I signed did indicate the rebuilt title. I take responsibility for signing the paperwork without taking enough time to read every page carefully, but I still feel that my repeated questions about the title should have been answered honestly and clearly before I signed anything. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue. The salesperson also promised my son that the sunroof would be fixed and that a missing silver trim piece would be installed. I called and texted repeatedly, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, I became tired of trying to get answers and following up with the dealership. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. My biggest concern is that I specifically stated that I wanted a CLEAN TITLE and repeatedly asked whether the vehicle had one. I expected transparency and honest communication throughout the purchase process. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership get the Carfax and all title information themselves BEFORE signing anything, take their time reading every document, and make sure every promise made by the salesperson is put in writing. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Don’t buy a car from A+ auto inc they are a scam you will have agreement with once you made a payement and later on they will come back and tell you that you still owe them money They falsely the initial contract you have with them .they hold my money and the car I didn’t received and the title too Do not do business with this dealership

They are crooks , do NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THE SMILES THE ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS AND THEY ARE ONLY SMILING BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! THEY SOLD ME A YUKON AND ON MY HOUR DRIVE HOME TRANNY DECIDED TO CLUNK! I WENT BACK THE NEXT MORNING AND I WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THEY WONT PAY FOR IT ! FERNANDO IS A CON ARTIST , DONT TRUST HIM FOR 1 MINUTE ! HE TOLD ME I HAD A WARRANTY COME TO FIND OUT THEY DONT GIVE OUT WARRANTY , THEY DONT CARE TO LIE TO YOU!! THE MANAGER KIRBY WITH THE DREADS IS ALSO xxxx HE WILL ACT LIKE YIUR FRIEND AND LIE TO YOU CONSTANTLY! they used a+ auto sales and write it up as a luxury auto! They screwed me over , I am almost $8,000 into repairs that they won’t cover🤬 btw I’m a single father and they knew that from the jump!! DONT BE A VICTIM!!!!!!!

El 10 de abril de 2025 compré un Tesla Model Y 2021 en el dealer A+ Auto. El mismo día que me entregaron el vehículo, uno de sus empleados lo chocó por detrás al sacarlo del lote, pero no me informaron de inmediato. Luego dijeron que lo arreglarían, pero la reparación no fue satisfactoria ni transparente. Además, me dieron una chapa temporaria (placa) que también fue asignada a otro carro en el estado de NJ y PA. Por culpa de esto, recibí múltiples multas de peaje (tolls) a mi nombre. Fui personalmente a reclamar y las pagaron, pero fue un error grave de su parte. Lo peor es que el vehículo presenta problemas de carga. No se puede cargar correctamente, lo cual es inaceptable en un carro eléctrico. Ahora el dealer me ofrece cambiar el carro, pero con la condición de que yo pague $10,000 adicionales, lo cual considero injusto y abusivo, ya que los problemas comenzaron desde el primer día.

Please do not buy a car from this dealer, we bought a car 15k cash took it home not even 12 hours later it started stalling and noticed the car started smoking, I opened the hood and a wire was looser and spilling oil or some xxxx, they did not do xxxx to help they said car is buy as is and they gave us the option of trading it in for lesser value that we paid for, so basically they were asking us to take a loss.these people re ridiculous and scammers, stay away, when we went buy to complain the people who sold us the car were all gone even one was deported.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN DRIVE BY THIS DEALER! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND LIE TO YOU LIKE THERES NO TOMMORROW. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! DONT PURSCHASE A CAR HERE. IM GOING THROUGH SO MUCH BECAUSE THEY SOLD ME A ROTTEN CAR AND LIED TO ME MANY TIMES THEY WOULD EXCHANGE IT AND THEY LIED. THEY ALSO SOLD ME A MODEL INFERIOR TO WHAT THEY CHARGED ME. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH NO CAR. THEY WILL MAKE YOU GO THROUGH A LOT OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND BELIEVE ME, ITS NOT WORTH IT. NAMES OF PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE THAT ARE TOTAL LIERS, ALONSO, KIRBY, JULIANA, FERNANDO. ALL OF THESE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY ARE BAD PEOPLE. YES I WROTE IN CAPS TO CATCH YOUR ATTENTION.
