What Others Say

I bought a range rover velar from this dealership. Haven't even had the truck 2 months and its vibrating really bad come to find out the motor mounts are bad. I will be seeking actions with them . I called my salesman and he has yet to respond or answer. Contacted the company nobody responds. Im already talking to a lawyer. And he informed me of my lemon law rights . Contacted BBB. And also got in contact with Brian Brockman. I was told it was a 2 month warranty on car.

This dealership sells lemons. Stay away from them at all costs. The vehicle may look nice and pretty but inside they are a tragedy waiting to happen. You don't need to be paying for a car that is rusted out underneath as well as the body. Run, don't walk from this dealership: RUN:. They will even deliver your car at night so you won't see how mad a shape it is in. BUYERS BEWARE.......ALL BUYERS!!!

Made my buddy drive almost 5 hours out of his way just to bait and switch him and add thousand and thousand of dollars of hidden fees to a truck sale an did not disclose issues on the truck he ASKED about before going up there. AVOID this dealer

At first, our salesman was great. I explained our credit issue and what they would see, so they wouldn't be surprised. He stated that it sounded like that they could work with us. At this time, I did the application and told him what down payment I would have. I had to text him Monday, to find out what the outcome was. He text back and stated they needed a little more and I replied "No". I text back to ask questions and he did not answer me at all, my wife had to call. I asked him what vehicle they were looking at to put me in and his answer "I do not know". So I further stated that we could come up a little, and would like to work with the Nissan Kicks. He stated that he would call me back in 30 mins and it's been more than 3hrs and nothing. Not even a text stating, looking into it. Basically, he was like every salesman. It's my fault for listening and believing him. Just beware of this dealership.

TLDR: Disappointed. I thought they were different. I thought looking someone in the eye, and shaking hands on a deal still counted for something. Not at Monroe Nissan. Had a deal agreed to, and scheduled inspection for the next day; communicated this and all agreed to. Everything was done without games, or so I thought. They sold the car later that day and didn’t say anything to me until I was ready to head in for inspection. “That’s how the car business works” they say. Yeah, right. Lucio Carrillo – the salesperson. You’re young in your career – hope you don’t keep this behavior up. “Too busy to call you” you said. This business is a about relationships and fair dealing; or you’ll never make it. Marquise Mazon – the manager. Sorry that your military background that you told us about didn’t translate to honor in business practices. Thanks for the hang-up too. To the Nissan team: this sales team is hurting your brand. I do own a Nissan, and the practices of your dealers do make a difference – in this case a very negative one.

Do not buy from this place. The sale unreliable vehicles. My car broke down after two hours and they have had it for a week. A head gasket should have been caught before it hit the sales floor!!
