Where to start. Limited selection of vehicles. Felt like I was being watched like a hawk as I walked around the lot. Told countless employees to leave me alone and let me look, but they wouldn't. Sales managers kept pushing extra products on me, even after I had declined them. Not just once, but multiple times. Even tried to show me payments at first with all those items "packed" in, which is illegal. Vehicles have questionable quality.....2 of 3 vehicles I got into to test drive had dead batteries. Some guy from Toyota down the street (apparently they were connected through Coggin) started bothering me on the lot. I told him I didn't want to buy a new Toyota, but he wouldn't let up. Kept asking for my contact information. They didn't want me to leave without multiple emails and phone #'s. Then proceeded to blow up my phone and email for two weeks until I called and filed a complaint. This location closed, and I'm not surprised in the least. Don't bother with the ones on the west coast of Florida either. Bad business, bad cars, just bad overall.

Awesome!! Could not have asked for better service. Maricar & Matt were with us every step of the way when I bought a new car. We weren't even planning on buying that day. The next day I drove out in my dream car. Qauto, Maricar & Matt you guys rock!
