My entire experience was the best I’ve ever had when buying a car. Keep in mind I’ve bought 20 or so in my lifetime. The entire process was seamless! Taylor Pauley was excellent, my wife and I would like to adopt her. Gary Haas did his research and knew just how to handle me.

First class treatment from the moment I walked in the door. Lovely waiting area with cappucino and a quiet, clean and cozy environment. Eric Garcia was a very helpful service manager who I felt I could trust from the outset as he guided me through my options. I came in unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon and didn't plan on seeing my car until Monday but they found the 12 volt battery that goes with my hybrid and installed it while also checking for recalls. This was my first time working with them on this new used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Unlike the La Quinta Hyundai service team, I felt I could trust the care and service recommended by the Palm Springs team. I cannot more highly recommend the dealership and will come back here to buy my next Sonata.

Cody was professional, personable and listened to my needs & wants in a new car without talking over me. He was VERY knowledgeable yet did not go over my head explaining things. Cody’s approach was in a comfortable manner, unlike other dealerships I’ve worked with where the sales people were overaggressive. All other staff I came in contact with were pleasant and courteous. All in all I continue to recommend Hundai of the Desert. I love my car!
