The scheduler, reception attendant and Josh provided 5 star service. The reason I gave a 'good' evaluation is i was told my car would be ready in 2-1/2 hours. I planned accordingly. I didn't appreciate spending another hour and a half waiting in the lounge. I expect a reasonable and attainable time estimate so I can plan accordingly. You should offer loners if it's over 3 hours wait.

The best way to express my experience is how we first purchase our first Hyundai after we moved to the Coachella Valley 20 years ago. The service department under George's leadership is very helpful and the best that I can remember working with since I first bought a car in 1976. That's why we continue to buy our Hyundais at Hyundai of Palm Springs. 20 years since July 2006.
