Exceptional service every time! Grant is the best service advisor. And their service department is second to none. I am very impressed. Every time I take my car there truly would recommend them to anybody that has a Mercedes.
Very friendly and courteous people. They always are willing to shuttle me a ride back home or provide a loaner car if they need to keep mine for any length of time. They are real accurate with diagnostics and technician 852 Dyron Stricklin does an outstanding job with any kind of repairs.
We prefer to drive to Tyler for our service needs than other dealerships which may be closer. They are professional & efficient but never in a huge hurry. And my vehicle is treated with care. We don't let just anyone take care of the G-Wagon.
