Already completed this once! But everything was fine, except the maintenance department still showed we owned an older Highlander, and an older RAV4. Suggest reviewing your records on vehicle purchases, so the records for the maintenance people are correct.
The service desk is always helpful. They went the extra mile helping me install the glove compartment door. They always are polite in explaining the warranty on my Highlander.
