They even assigned us top-notch RV mechanic Jody Ramos. He ensured we were well-versed with all the features and operation of the RV, answering any questions we had along the way. Jody also took care of all the necessary adjustments, installing some upgrades while he was at it. Their dedication to ensuring our happiness with my purchase was truly commendable. Furthermore, the dealership's facilities were top-notch. The showroom and facilities were clean, well-organized, and showcased the RVs beautifully. We already have confidence with their service department after dealing with Cole on our trade-in. Also, shout out to Derrick for helping us with the upgrades to our new RV. This is our 4th purchase from Johnnie Walker RV and as all prior purchases they went well and the prices were competitive. The trailer was prepped and delivered with great care and a full understanding of all components and there functions were explained. Do not ever take your RV to this place for repair/maintenance. They WILL screw up, brake, destroy, anything and everything. The so called mechanics are able to do everything physical wrong that will destroy your RV frame, shocks, welds, and bend your frame.
