What Others Say

Bought a Surveyor Legend at the end of July 2020. Shopped all over and found exactly what we were looking for at Burdick RV. From start to finish, our sales experience was excellent. Although I have yet to go back for any type of service, I would expect that experience to be the same. We are very happy with our camper and would highly recommend them if you're in the market for an RV. Tom Lovell was a true professional and was very friendly, honest and straightforward about their product and their sales process.

Very nice staff. We stopped in the store and looked around. Didn’t buy a camper but the staff were very nice and friendly. I would consider buying from them in future

I think they have some of the best service after the sale you could ask for. They have been great to us, as compared to another dealership I won't mention that is. Well let's just say very slow and will not get back to you on status.

looked online found the rv i wanted made an offer witch i thiught was fare. they not only exccepted it they were willing to do even better. i did not have the proper hitch but they were kind anough to include it.so far i would recomend burdick 100 percent.

The salespeople seemed okay, but were absolutely inflexible about the price of the RV. Tom told me that the RV I wanted was in high demand and that he had plenty of people that would buy it for the price he was asking. I drove 1.5 hours down the road to Wilkins RV in Churchville and saved $2500. They were much more knowledgeable about the trailer and much more courteous to me as a potential buyer. I will never buy anything from Burdick's. Wilkins has my business from now on.
