I found a Pro X4 with all the features I wanted on Nissan of Boerne's website. I requested through the chat for a salesperson to contact me via text. Within 10 minutes, Demetrius Hatten reached out. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and provided helpful information about a few topics I asked about. After some back-and-forth texting, we agreed on terms that worked for both the dealership and me. We scheduled to pick up the Armada the next morning. I arrived with my lively toddler, and from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff. Sales Manager Anthony even came over to say hello, making us feel right at home. We were in the finance office about 20 minutes with Tori, who was also showing Lawrence how to do a lease. Their kindness and expertise made the process smooth and surprisingly enjoyable, despite a sudden migraine brought on by the weather. All in all, my experience was painless and filled with genuine hospitality. I’m excited to say I will definitely be returning to Nissan of Boerne—where friendly faces and top-notch service make car buying a pleasure!
