Daniel my service advisor is the greatest if you had 0ne more like him you probably can get rid of 3 other advisors and save the company a million dollars......$$$$$. All jokes aside my service advisor Daniel is the Best in other words he's the GOAT !!!!!

I came in with an unusual firmware issue in one of the electrical modules in my Jaguar XE, and left with an unmatched positive experience — and a fully fixed issue (11/10)! Every member of the team here at Jaguar was reasonable, professional, and extremely understanding. From service advisor Dan to service manager Kevin and the technicians, they carefully listened, kept me informed, and explored every option to resolve the problem. They even went above and beyond by contacting manufacturer support to ensure the best solution. In the end, they solved the issue in a very cost-effective way, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of true professional problem-solving!
