Our 2016 Kia Sorento was not shifting out of park, and then the day we were going to get serviced, a dash light illuminated. With weather and parts not solving the issue, it took a few attempts to solve the problem. The staff ensured that any other Sorento fixes were done while we had it in the shop as well Kim was spectacular at communicating through it all. We were provided with a good rental on loan, and were barely inconvenienced. Our car had a thorough writeup of all that was done, was washed, and all was good as new. We are thankful for how well we were treated and the confidence we have knowing they didn't give us our car back until it was perfect.
