First time that I have ever been in a car dealership that had a true family atmosphere. An absolute pleasure dealing with professionals who worked to give me the best. This dealership is the only reason I now drive a Chevy.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chuck Caputo at Buzz Chew, and from the very first moment it was clear he was there to help us get the best vehicle for our needs. It's our family's first time getting a second vehicle so we had a budget in mind and he helped us get the perfect vehicle within budget and totally exceeded our expectations. The experience was wonderful! Our kids enjoyed hot chocolates and snacks while we went through the details. He was patient with our questions, professional with a reassuring demeanor which we really appreciated in contrast to what we've experienced in the past with "pushy" salesmen at other dealerships. Though the timing wasn't right, Chuck later came and dropped the vehicle off to our home and went through the paperwork with me, and his Specialist Alex came as well to walk me through all the features and make sure everything was connected and operational. What more can you ask for? An absolutely wonderful experience with people who care about doing good business with their customers.
