Poor service. Brought a GMC pickup in with a bad wheel bearing. Was told the whole hub assembly was removed to diagnose the issue. Found out the vehicle warranty didn't cover wheel bearings, I took it back home and bought a new bearing set. Upon removing the old bearing, I could see not one bolt of the assembly had been touched. I even had to tap the wheel to get it off. I do believe I was lied to. Won't be going back there..

You charged labor for the hole time it was there not the time work was done on car Then tell me I have to change transmission cooler lines because there leaking but it is full of oil and the pipes are dry

my appt was at 1 it was 2 1/2 for an oil change and tire rotation not good asked them to lubricate my mirrors so they would fold in easier i could see lubricant on truck doors so they may have attempted it but when i tried them they didn’t move. she said they didn’t charge me, which why would they they still don’t work i have been pretty happy with House until this time. now i’m not so sure. i asked if they would check my antifreeze for winter but i didn’t see a report on paperwork so i still don’t know if it is ready for winter i moved here a year ago and was happy to find a chevy dealer because i always trusted them to do a good won my truck now i don’t know
