Friendly and ready to serve And great selection of both late model and antique Cars
This is about the Nasville store. TERRIBLE, LYING xxx's. Worse than used car salesmen. Corporate office isn't much better. STAY AWAY!! They totally ripped me off. I had to purchase a new frame, have the engine rebuilt, the wiring and plumbing redone. All of this is nearly doubling the price I paid for what I was told was a turnkey truck. I contacted the corporate office and all I got was you signed an "As is" form. Too bad. I was told by the salesman that the truck was turnkey. I could drive it anywhere. I couldn't even drive it around the block. Thanks for nothing, Gateway.
I was very happy with Gateway Classic! They were easy to work with. Everyne was very nice. They took great care of my car until they sold it.
Bought a Chevelle from Louisville. Car was shipped, master cylinder failed, front brakes were bad, leaking pinion seal, advertised as restored.Otherwise overall, solid car.
I have sold 2 cars through gateway since the first of the year and am getting ready to do my 3rd. You can't expose your cars to as many people as they do and you can't get the money from a sale they can even after their fees. Kenny, dennis and lisa are great to work with. I will never try to sell another classic without their help. Let gateway work for you!!! Thank you guys for working so hard for me. Roger Toohey, Ky
We went to the Louisville Gateway Classic Car showroom twice to look at cars. Dennis, Kenny, and Lisa were all very helpful, patient, and went out of their way to help us make a decision from the stunning selection of classic cars they had. After our first visit, they stayed in touch with us to see if we had any questions and did so for our benefit not theirs. As we had to sell another old vehicle before buying one from them, their approach was low-key and empathetic. On our second visit, they went over the '39 Chevy we wanted, took pictures underneath, talked to us in detail about the car and then took us for a ride. After we purchased the car, they agreed to hold the car for us and arranged transportation via Ship Your Car Now as we live in North Carolina. The service they provided was exceptional in every way and if we had a place to keep another old classic car, we'd be back there in two seconds to work with them again. Overall Rating we cheerfully give them: AAA+++ Mary Ann Smiley Tom Ezell Waynesville, North Carolina
