I came in with a number that I wanted to work with in my head,since I was going to pay cash,after a little wiggle between parties we came to a reasonable conclusion that I and my wife were happy with,so I spent a couple more pennies but we both left very satisfied with the deal and also with the individuals that we worked with,thanks again.
