Very misleading lease experience. In June 2025 I returned my 2022 Ram 1500 and was told by my salesperson David that Best Ram would cover all excess mileage and disposition fees if I leased another Ram. That was the only reason I stayed with Ram instead of going to another brand. Eight months later I get a $530 bill from the leasing company for those exact fees. Now the dealership says they only paid part of it and I’m responsible for the rest. If I had been told the truth, I would never have signed a new lease. Get everything in writing before you trust anything they promise. I will not be doing business here again.

This is the 5th car I’ve gotten with Giancarlos , and I can confidently say he is the best. I used to go to Arrigo Sawgrass just because of him — that’s how much I trusted his honesty and work ethic. This time, I traveled over an hour and a half to work with him at Schumacher Delray, and I would do it again without hesitation. Best experience in a dealership by far! Ritchy was professional, tentative, and thorough in the whole process. Honestly, I'm not sure I would've walked out of there with a Jeep if it weren't for him, AND Tony, the finance guy, I wouldn't ever forget about this man - simply amazing is an understatement. He took real good care of me, looking out for my best interest from a financial standpoint. What a great team they have over there! HIGHLY recommend!
