I found a jeep on Facebook. I contacted Ty Pfaff of Car Sales Express via email late Thursday evening and had a response from him Friday morning. We set up a time for us to meet on Monday morning. He was at the door waiting for us when we arrived. He had paperwork ready for us so we could test drive without any issues. Upon our return from driving the vehicle, we talked prices. At first I wasn't sure we could make a deal, but he made some phone calls on our behalf and with the help of Ken Patterson and Tim O'Keefe they all worked very hard to get me to the price and payments I was happy with! I gave this rating because I came into this dealer strictly by accident. I was on my way to a local dealer in my town when this dealer popped up on my phone. I’m like well let me check them out before I go local. I found exactly what I wanted even though it was 40 miles from my home. Well worth the drive. I called and spoke with Andrei who said the vehicle was still available. He said he would meet me at the door and he did. I was still very anxious as this was a purchase I was not prepared to make but after speaking with him and completing the purchase with the rest of the staff, I knew I had nothing to worry about.
