Sales experience was ok. NAV didn’t work and sales thought it was a Wi-Fi problem (no, MCU was faulty, now my expense). Real problem was service. Said they could replace the motor. But two attempts and still not right. Now, they won’t return my calls or texts. Worse, Tesla won’t diagnose it because it’s not a Tesla motor they installed. So I’m paying on a car I can’t drive unless I pay Tesla $8,000 to replace a motor Auto Centrix was paid to repair.
Very polite and knowledgeable sellers, but the downside is that they do not have the final word or authority to negotiate cars. I had agreed on a price, shaked hands, and later when I was about to get the cashiers check from the bank they told me the price was raised by 2,000 dollars. That was a waste of time that I could have used to look for other cars instead of driving ~2 hours for nothing.
5 star shoutout to Josh We had a great time talking to him while we were shopping for my Tesla Model 3. My husband is an engineer and Josh kept up with all of his questions and wonderings about the cars we were looking. He stayed past the end of the day to help us get out the door in as comfortable a fashion as possible. Kudos to Josh, thanks for all the help. We love this car!
This is my third Tesla purchase and by far my best dealership experience. The Auto Centrix team was fantastic. They moved with pace to complete my purchase. EV's are their specialty and it showed. I am extremly satisfied with my purchase.
