The Service Department was very personable, professionally and knowledgeable. The kind of service which brings customers to buy a new vehicle. One word - Fabulous

I schedule the 15,000 mile service for my 2023 RAM 2500 with 6.7 Cummins diesel. Service advisor was pleasant and attentive. When I made the appointment I made it clear I would need the courtesy shuttle to take me home and return me to the dealer when repairs were complete. She confirmed that wouldn’t be a problem. I dropped the truck off at 0810. I called at 1:46pm and was told the work wasn’t complete but would be “shortly”. I called back at 4:04pm and the work still was not done. At 4:26pm I got a call that the work was complete and I could come to the dealership to pick it up. I asked if the courtesy shuttle could pick me up to return me to the dealership. After a few minutes on hold I was told there were no drivers available to drive the shuttle, they had all gone home. So, after keeping my truck for almost 9 hours just for basic routine service based on mileage, then I’m told no transportation back to the dealership as promised! Plus the bill for the services was over $900.00. Not sure I will be bringing back to the dealership next time routine service is due.
She listened to the issue with vehicle and her staff resolved the problem. Thank you very much!

I thank God for Technician Eddie educating me about the low oil pressure notification that came up on my dashboard while driving. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I got service and was at work on time . I want to thank the young lady that check me and promise me that I will be on my way to work within an hour after an oil change.
