Service customer service with Monica,Cristain& Jordan was superb.Same day service was best for me.

My Hyundai Downey experiences with reps Monica,Cristian,& Jordan were superb customer service.My c.s. with Carlos was not.I was told after car was 7 days @ site that prwindow would not go up.'It happens'
I brought in our 2024 Hyundai Elantra for a recall but also asked if the team could look into an ongoing issue with the car losing power and having to get the vehicle jump started several times. We are leasing this vehicle from Harbour Hyundai in Lakewood. We've taken this vehicle to get tested for the failures from Harbour more than once and they claimed they couldn't find any issues with the vehicle. Chris at Downey Hyundai not only helped with the recall but the team was able to find the issue with the car battery and have it replaced! I think it's safe to say we trust Downey Hyundai much more the Harbour Hyundai! Thank you guys for helping us out and resolving this issue! You're THE BEST!
