Appt at 8 … mr Lancaster comes to me at 8:30 telling me I need system flush for $110 I told him next visit when I hit 60k miles he left abd cane back again at 9 asking if I wanted my brakes flushed for $110 I said next time when I hit 60 k mikes he left and cane back at 9:30 to ask if I want to do a recall in 3 weeks I said no. He told me my car will go in for an oil change now and be ready in 45-1 hr. Very unprofessional and I felt scammed . Thus is my 3 rd Hyundai Tucson. Very unprofessional

Very pleased with the purchase procedure. Leo was knowledgeable about the Hyundai but other models of cars. He answered all my questions on the car I was looking at. The finance manager explained what options were available - moved right along. The GM, Patrica, was pleasant and approved a good for us. I will be recommending GV Hyundai as a good place to do business. And, last, but not least they have excellent food there!
