They did not respond my emails. I tried to ask then question but they didn’t respond
Salesman Bobby told me, my wife and daughter to our faces that he would put a car on hold that could not be sold the day we looked at it because it had just come in and had to be inspected before it could be sold. He worked up the sale price and that was agreed to and we were told to come in the next day to do the paperwork for the sale. 10am next morning we got a text saying he sold the car to someone else. Horrible experience and why would ANYONE want to do business with a dealership that would do this to a customer.
Company accepted my vehicle from Statefarm. After keeping it for a month, they transferred it without my consent. That’s right with no consent!! After complaining to my Statefarm rep. I received a call and he said all I can say is sorry. He didn’t offer to make amends for anything. So my car sat their for a solid month with interior water damage. Now because of them I have more damage to the car. Never ever use them for service.
I’d give a -5 star review if I could. Everyone including the service manager besides Alexis (Alexis was very pleasant, and professional but she wasnt my service advisor) was SO rude. I’d give Alexis the Service manager title if this was my dealership. I’d never think about going here again even if my life depended on it. All I felt was they didn’t want to do business with me because I didn’t buy my car or extended warranty from them (I was living in Colorado whenever I bought my car). They definitely did NOTHING to earn my business. NEVER would recommend. I’ve been to over 4 different Hyundai dealership’s (both in Colorado, and Louisiana) and always had an excellent experience, so I was shocked by my experience at Greg Leblanc. My mom just bought a new Palisade whenever she was visiting me in Colorado, and said she’d never go here based on my experience.
This was a much better experience than working with Greg Leblanc Toyota. They are all competent workers, from sales to service. They never pushed us to make a purchase and everything they promised us was written in PAPER and signed!
Coming to Greg Leblanc after our horrible experience with All Star was well worth the 2 hour drive. Our salesman Bobby was absolutely perfect. He kept in touch with Me through out the week and scheduled Our appointment according to our availability. He made us feel comfortable and informed while we test drove the car under the new store policys due to Covid and through the financing wait. Ben (I think ) the finance manager was so helpful and got us the best deal he could. We chatted and it felt like we were old friends. Our entire experience was wonderful and stress free thanks to the amazing staff there. We purchased the 2018 Traverse we drove all the way to see and will be a returning customer. Such wonderful service right from the get go.
