I am writing to file a formal complaint against Mac Haik Hyundai in Victoria, Texas. Since my last oil change and tire rotation at this dealership, my vehicle has not driven properly. I experienced a sudden flat tire with no warning indicators. I called the dealership multiple times, left messages, and spoke with two representatives. I was told a manager would call me back, but no one did. I had to arrange a tow myself with no assistance or response from the dealership. This reflects poor service practices and management failure. I am requesting that Hyundai Corporate open a case, investigate this dealership, and contact me regarding next steps. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Worst experience. Brought in a vehicle for a paint recall inspection in December. It's now May and I have a non running vehicle that they tore up and will not take care of. They said some recall repairs needed to be made now the engine is out. They started with a vehicle I would have driven anywhere. Now it's junk and they won't take responsibility for what they've done. It seems like I'm going to have to take legal action against them. Don't trust a word they say.

Coming from one who fears dealerships, my wife and I had such an awesome experience dealing with the folks at Mac Haik Hyundai. We were able to drive off with a brand new Hyundai. Highly professional staff made it easy to find the vehicle that fit our family needs. Thank you Mac Haik Hyundai.

The service department is a joke. Getting the complimentary service is like pulling teeth and they don't even do the work (I know for a fact they never did my tire rotation). Service manager just says they have no staff, GM won't return a call and Hyundai corporate just says contact the dealer.

MY car has been in the service dept with a recall for over three months .My vehicle has yet to be diagnosed due to shortage of employees and parts being on back order .I'm still waiting on a loaner car to be provided to me! I've already spent 900.00 on a rental and they have yet to reimburse me!!!Ive been in touch with corporate and still no results!!

My car has been at the service center for over a month and they haven't even checked to determine the problem. The service center needs more help, it's hard to get anyone on the phone and they have never returned my calls when I've left messages.
