Ashley Clement is an awesome salesperson. She took the time and patient to show me and my mother everything about how to operate my Mazda CX 9. She knows her information about the automobile. In regards to James Relan, he was rude and not a good person to do business with. He down graded my daughter telling her that she will not be able to get the SUV that she wanted that she will have to go to a lower price automobile. He was talking to her and discouraging her not to do business with them because she was young and she did not have enough credit establish. Well she proved him wrong and got the loan and the SUV she wanted from a credit union. If it wasn’t for Ashley, we would not have bought an automobile from Barker Mazda because of James Relan. My parents went get a paper from the credit union for my trade in and James took the paper and crumbled it in front of my parents saying this is not what I wanted. This is the wrong paper. Very rude and disrespectful person. Too bad they don’t have overall rating for the different person because James would be rated all poor. Whereas Ashley would get all excellent. Someone needs to look into James role as a person of interest in this company because we feel he is hurting your business by the way he treats you’ll customers. He makes salespeople lose their commission because of his attitude.
