For the very first time , I applied at ByRyder . Won’t do it again . They Say they get you in a car , but what they do t tell you is , they try to put you in a car that THEY want to put you in . In my case , I was wanting an SUV that they have . Mainly because I’m a bigger guy and wanted a vehicle to fit me for comfort . They tried to stick me in something the size of a tuna can ! I told them no thanks , I’ll look elsewhere ! 😡

They claim to get you in a car that you want , which isn’t the case . I applied for the very first time , for an SUV they have on their lot . They came back with much smaller cars that THEY wanted to put me in ! I dealt with Dusty and Eric , and will never go back there again . I’m a bigger guy who needs a comfortable car to fit me , NOT a tuna can ! I told them no thanks , and I’ll look elsewhere . You lost a potential customer , Dusty , and probably more from my friends and family .

Horrible company. Do not buy from them. Their cars are junk and loans are even more outrageous. Save yourself the hassle. They are wolves in sheeps clothing.

The people who work here are great. I have been to Jd Byrider 4 times now to get a vehicle am dealt wit Dusty everytime an he is a great person to work wit an very understanding!!! Brandon is awesome am helps in every way possible to get you into an vehicle you'd be comfortable driving..

Wonderful workers and very fast. They give you a car and make sure you are approved. They made sure I had the car I desired. Wonderful customer service

Customer service was excellent very friendly staff. They were very understanding when it came to getting things done with kids involved. When a voicemail was left the call back was very rapid.
