I could not be more happier with buying my vehicle from here as well as getting service done on my vehicle! 🤩 I have seen bad reviews from others though I am sure it is those people that are the problem rather than this Dealership. I am def happy with my vehicle and it has been good to me despite the regular maintenance that it needs or comes along when yrs pass. I def enjoy bringing my vehicle in for service when getting it done and it always gets fully checked over and i am told if something is needed and given the price immediately or Laurie always calls me with the pricing. Her and I always share some laughter when I come in and when I knw I may be sitting awhile (once a yr) to get tires, brakes, oil change, and possibly if it.may need other things I bring in a Box of Joe for everyone in the service dept bc I appreciate them all since they do their best to get me in and out even when we knw it will take a couple hrs and their days may be long and tiring. I believe they are just all wonderful and i enjoy coming in everytime.

Very pleasant experience. If you have credit challenges I highly recommend this as a good option to purchase a vehicle. Keep in mind this is not a dealership type loan experience like you would expect with good credit so do not expect the same perks. This is an option for those who have been turned down for a conventional loan.

I had a great experience with J.D Byrider. Lorri in service always is kind and pleasant, she tries her best to always help you. Most always she comes through and finds a way to solve and you with your repairs or gives options that you can work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Great customer service and very friendly and pleasant people.
