If I could give 0 stars I would! Look I wouldn’t recommend BYRIDER to anyone EVER!!!!!!!! These people are rip offs and I will never give them my business again! They made me pay a down payment of 1200 in October of 2023 plus I gave them a perfectly working expedition for a trade in on top of that. The first 3 months of having the car it was in the shop non stop due to it quitting on me, and noises coming from the car. I then found out the car needed a whole new motor and I only had it for 3 months. During the signing process they made me sign a tax paper stating I would pay extra on the down payment, but said it would be null and void if I didn’t receive taxes back this year (which I did not). They then proceeded to tell me I’ve been behind on my car note since day one and no one reached out to me to tell me anything. I was paying on time every month no months off (so i thought), but on the paper it says i’ve been behind because of the extra down payment they were asking for. Now I am without my expedition and a car because they neglected to tell me I fell behind or reach out to tell me about the extra payment they needed. This place is BOGUS and i hope they never do anyone else like this!

I literally came into Byrider with absolutely no hope and I’m leaving with a car. My credit isn’t all that good and I didn’t even have the full down payment. They worked with me and got me back on the road. But not only did they get me back on the road they put me back out there in style. I literally had about 20 cars that they approved me for. Go to byrider and be positive. God is good!
