The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job explaining the program and the rates. Was quick to get approved and found a car that was within our budget and reliable.
Almost impossible to document proof of insurance renewal, new "convienance and processing fees" for making payments unless they're made in person with dollar bills or through auto pay withdrawals, making it hard to pay ahead.
WORST COMPANY THERE IS WHEN YOU TRADE A CAR THEY TAKE THE PAYMENT THERE WARRNTIES ARE STUPID AND THEY HARDLY ANSWER AT CNAC. THERE INTREST RATES ARE HIGH THERE CARS MILES ARE HIGH AND DIE RIGHT AWAY AFTER A YEAR OR2
