It's been a while since I returned to Cardinale Mazda of Corona. Service Advisor Steven Pulido took in my CX-9 vehicle for services needed. I was out after a reasonable time waiting and received added advice for an important transmission component that requires service. He made the my decision making easier by applying a discount upfront, not to mention the discounted value by applying a coupon towards the oil change, tire rotation and multiple points inspection services for the day. Everyone was, and has been amazing from start to finish. They were so accommodating, and made our experience seamless. I spoke with Krista first, and from there worked with Saul, Mike, and Christopher. Their level of professionalism was the utmost, and they really went above and beyond for us! Because we live further away, we were able to do process everything over the phone, and by the time we got to the dealership all of the paperwork was ready to go. All we had to do was test drive the vehicle, and sign the paperwork. They were able to work with our situation, and we can't thank them enough.
