All the process was very simple and fast. I was at the store in a Sunday and In less than 24h my car was ready for pickup.

Visited South Dade Kia Miami Dealership for first Oil Change and Tire Rotation on my 2026 KIA Sportage. I was disappointed at first with This Service Department. I Experienced a concern upon my vehicle being completed and delivered, noticed that 1 Tire Wheel lug nuts center Kia cap had numerous scratches. Also 1 other Tire Wheel center cap appeared not correctly reinstalled after Tire rotation service. I spoke with Gustavo The Service Advisor and also the Customer Service Manager and they took vehicle back in to correct. Upon return of my vehicle within 20 minutes or so cap scratches were gone. Appeared Cap was replaced and also other wheel cap was correctly reinstalled. I must say that Gustavo and other service staff members I spoke with were helpful and Professional. I hope this was just a hiccup service experience and hope next future service visits go smoothly. Robert P.
