Do not buy or trade at Hall GMC in Tyler. They will lowball you the second you become a return customer. I bought a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali from them in November 2025 with 86,000 miles for $48,000 plus the extended warranty. The truck was in excellent condition. Less than a year later, in September 2026, it has just over 106,000 miles, it has been better maintained than the day they sold it on their lot and it is in even better condition than when I drove it off their lot. I came back ready to trade it in and buy another vehicle from them. I was a loyal and willing return customer after only 10 months. Their trade-in offer? $25,000. A complete insult! This is an immaculately clean, well-maintained Denali and they lowballed me many thousands below any realistic market value after I had barely owned it a year. Ai said this about the vehicle after Hall made this rediculous offer. • Yes, $25,000 is a lowball offer for a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali with just over 106,000 miles in excellent condition.Current market context (as of late 2026)Similar 2021 Yukon Denalis with ~90k–115k miles commonly list/sell in the $38,000–$45,000 range (retail), with many solid examples around $40k–$43k. I was prepared to do more business with them. Instead they showed me exactly how little they value previous customers once the sale is done. I will never step foot on their lot again, and I will actively tell everyone I know to avoid Hall GMC. If you value fair treatment and don’t want to get taken advantage of when you trade, my advice is to definitely go somewhere else.
