No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. It’s all about the service you receive after the purchase of your new car! Tracy VW has “IT”. So impressed with Antonio Vera in the service dept. My car was due for its 20,000 mile check up. I was met at my car door, greeted by Antonio and walked thru my service start to finish. Being a woman at a car dealership and service appointment, sometimes it is sort of intimidating.
