The people were all professional and courteous. The car rides better now after the recommended maintenance.

I would highly recommend Bergey VW. Mike Kinney and Dave Russell were wonderful to work with. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and assisted us with all of our questions. It was an extremely friendly atmosphere and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.
Although, I believe it was a dealer error. Rick's explanation was thorough. I was treated fairly and he did everything he could to please me with a desired outcome.
